Operators can “SWING” back and forth while the screen is vibrating.  Oversize material will only be discharged when the operator determines the screened material is perfect!
•   Ie: Operators can SIMPLY “SWING” back and forth to ensure that all of the material is screened to perfection! By swinging back and forth, the screen cloth can clear itself allowing nearly all of the material to make contact with the screen cloth. This system ensures the HIGHEST QUALITY of finished screened material.
•   The SWING SCREEN has a HUGE Screen area to maximize production and efficiency! Approximately 24 SQUARE FEET!
• The SWING SCREEN’s screen cloth panels are less expensive and easier to change than trommel/rotating screen panels!
•  The SWING SCREEN can be equipped with an “OPERATOR CONTROLLED MAGNET” to remove steel such as rebar or wire. The magnet can be mounted to the SWING SCREEN.  The operator can turn the magnet on or off from inside the cab of the excavator
•  The SWING SCREEN can DIG AND SCOOP from BOTH SIDES!  DIG AND SCOOP like a SHOVEL or DIG towards you!  In addition, SCREENED MATERIAL can be DISCHARGED/ Dumped from one side or BOTH sides of the screen! This SYSTEM of “DIGGING/DISCHARGING” from either side creates MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY and PRODUCTION! The “FLUID MOTION” of digging and then discharging has NO WASTED MOVEMENTS!

•  The SWING SCREEN Operates off the existing excavator hydraulic system. In most cases, it will work off the same hydraulic system that operates a hydraulic hammer.
• The SWING SCREEN’s “”VIBRATION”” is adjustable and can be increased or decreased to ensure the best screening effect.
• The SWING SCREEN has the least amount of moving parts to ensure ease of maintenance and longevity.
•  The SWING SCREEN has very little spillage to avoid contaminating the screened/separated material.  Nearly everything that is scooped up will be screened.  It has less spillage than any other screening bucket attachment.
