VERSATILITY: 

The REBEL CRUSHER can tackle nearly ANY application; small, medium and large!  It has the ability to pre-screen, crush, and separate crushed material into three(3) separate stock piles while removing rebar, wire, and steel at the SAME TIME!  Capable of tracking and crushing without stopping.  Crush and screen products such as Asphalt, Concrete w/or without wire and rebar, brick, block, most rock, stone, limestone, granite, sand, clay, glass, toilet bowls, sinks, computers, TVs, some wood, and nearly anything that is brittle!  It’s the perfect rubble crusher! Tracks and operates in the middle of cities while being inconspicuous and quiet.  Conveyor heights are deliberately lower to minimize dust creation.

Where do we begin?  The REBEL CRUSHER is available with nearly every imaginable feature.  It is the “SWISS ARMY KNIFE” of the industry.  You may never use all of the “INNOVATIVE features”.  However, if you are bidding a job and you own one, it is nice to know that you can probably tackle any job because you have the NECESSARY feature(s) on the machine.  HERE IS A SHORT LIST OF REBEL CRUSHER FEATURES:

1. Variable speed, low feed height, HEAVY-DUTY Feeder  features “MINE-DUTY” IMPACT Idlers with 4140 OVERSIZE STEEL SHAFTS specifically designed to handle being continuously fed large chunks of material while reducing dust as well as noise. The sloped feeder allows a loader operator to SEE what is in the Feeder/Hopper.  No need to build a ramp or have a huge machine to feed the machine.  Reduce your jobsite machinery investment by using any size loader from a skid steer to an excavator to a front-end loader.
2. The DIRT/PRE-SCREEN is positioned between the feeder and the crusher.  Available in a variety of openings, the HIGH FREQUENCY pre-screen filters out material that may contaminate the finished crushed product.  It has adjustable throw and action allowing operators to screen out the most wet, sticky and difficult material.  Operators can also install a “blank off” plate on the pre-screener when it is necessary for all of the material to go into the crusher. This is an invaluable feature!  The PRE-SCREEN also INCREASES overall PRODUCTION and reduces wear by ONLY allowing material into the crusher that needs to be crushed.
3. The FOLDING SIDE DIRT CONVEYOR is positioned under the DIRT/PRE-SCREEN and carries and discharges all of the material that passes through the screen into a neat pile.
4.  Not your ordinary jaw crusher. The REBEL JAW IS UNIQUE!  With a HUGE FEED OPENING and the ability to tighten down without choking, it is a “one of a kind” design.  It can operate forward or backward by simply flipping a switch on the remote control!  This handy feature can clear “bridging” issues common when feeding slabs.  In addition, the machine features a “Simple adjustment” with traditional shims that are easy to install. The main wear parts are the same part number and can be swapped or flipped to maximize wear part life!  The four main bearings are oversized and are fitted with remote easy access grease fittings. Capable of producing nearly 100% passing 1 ½” minus WITHOUT the use of the 2-deck screen!!!!  Conversely, the jaw can be opened up to make large rip rap/4” plus/minus product.
5. SWAP CRUSHERS! Change from a JAW CRUSHER to an IMPACT CRUSHER in a matter of hours!  This incredible option can be ordered anytime and allows operators to have only one REBEL CRUSHER with the ability to swap crusher types.
6. The Powerful SELF-CLEANING PERMANENT MAGNET hangs over the main product conveyor.  It removes unwanted metal from the main crushed product and discharges it onto a urethane chute to be stockpiled.
7. The DOUBLE-DECK SIZING SCREEN is positioned at the end of the main product conveyor. This HIGH-FREQUENCY screen filters out and sizes all of the crushed products. Screens are easily removed and changed to produce any size desired including producing from 1-3 products at the same time.
8. THREE(3) removable and folding side product CONVEYORS effectively discharge and stockpile screened material. Belts are pre-spliced and cut to the exact size required allowing future replacement to be a breeze.
9. Weighing in under 20 tons and folding up within legal dimensions, the REBEL can be transported anywhere WITHOUT a transport permit and is engineered to be balanced, stable and capable of climbing and descending steep grades while being able to move in a perfect circle.  Crush and track at the same time.  All features are controlled by the radio remote control. Low profile steel track pads prevent damage to roads while offering adequate grip when off-road. An optional “bolt-on” rubber pad system is available.
10. ROBUST POWER SOURCE!  A crusher’s feed opening, production, and capabilities are all related to its power source.  The unit features an approx. 240 HP Volvo-Penta Diesel (water cooled) engine that is not only fuel-efficient but also has plenty of power when needed.
11. LOW FUEL SHUTOFF FEATURE: A flashing red light will go off to alert users the machine is low on fuel.  After several minutes, the machine will shut off automatically BEFORE it runs out of fuel!
12. An optional hydraulic QUICK DISCONNECT system allows users to expand and add additional components to the crusher.  For example, additional stockpile conveyors can be operated off the standard power source.
13. DUST SUPPRESSION ‘STANDARD FEATURE ON EVERY REBEL”!! Our system is simple and is designed to minimize water usage while providing ample dust suppression. Able to operate from a “garden hose”, the “low volume” spray jets create a “fine mist” in strategic areas.  Optional “on board” water pumps and water tanks are available.
14. REMOTE CONTROL: Operate ALL features, including Variable Speed, from a distance. Most users keep the remote control in the cab of the loader. It doesn’t get any better or easier!
