Precision machining processes and strict Okada quality control are used to produce all main breaker components. There is no need for complete assembly replacements and the use of high precision parts mean economical, labor-saving rebuilds of your Okada breaker.

Breaker brackets are made of heavy gauge high tensile steel plates and are designed to give maximum protection to the breaker body and dissipate heat while making it easier to access the equipment during daily maintenance inspection.

Okada bushing designs, a special heat treatment process and individually lubricated bushings enhance the service life of wear parts.

150-1250 FT-LBS CLASS

Okada small hammers are suitable for use with mini excavators, skid-steer loaders and tractor loader backhoes.
Typical applications include demolition, excavation and trenching. Customized upper mounting brackets (UMBs) and quick coupler systems are available for all Okada breakers.

2000-7500FT-LBS CLASS

Okada’s medium class breakers are available in a wide range of designs, from those specifically engineered to provide maximum impact energy for the toughest rock applications to others suited for a combination of concrete and rock breaking with the potential for faster blow speeds.

12000-15000 FT-LBS CLASS

The square-shaped main body is created using a special alloy and subjected to advanced heat treatment processing, making the hammer body extremely durable. In addition, Okada hammers use fewer parts than competing brands of hydraulic breakers, so there is far less chance of problems developing. New special alloy steels and an advanced heat treatment system enhance main component durability.

Medium and heavy class TOP series breakers are compatible with auto lube systems. By adding greasing points, both the shank bushing and front cap bushing are lubricated individually, resulting in longer service life.
